Production Description
The dryer filter is made of a copper tube with a diameter of 19 mm and a length of 115 to 135 mm, and a dense pore filter made of steel wire is placed at both ends of the inside, and a dry filter is placed between the filters. The dry filter can absorb the water with a small molecular diameter, and the refrigerant with a larger molecular diameter passes smoothly, so the dry filter is also called a molecular sieve. Since the molecular sieve adsorbs a large amount of moisture, the dry filter cannot be exposed to the air. The new drying filter is enclosed in a vacuum package. When replacing the dry filter, after opening the vacuum package, it should be welded to the refrigeration system in time, and it will be invalid after a long time. In addition, after the refrigerator system is pressed and leak tested, the drying filter has failed and must be replaced.
